Physiology
In an adult, where is most erythropoietin produced?

About 90% of adult erythropoietin comes from the kidney, from interstitial cells around the tubules. Juxtaglomerular cells release renin, not erythropoietin.

Is Cleared affiliated with CPSP?
No. Cleared is independent and is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, CPSP, PMDC or any examining body.
Are these past-paper questions?
No. Our questions are original, written on the concepts candidates report from recent sittings. We never copy exam papers, books or other apps.
How does the free trial work?
You get 3 days with everything open, once per person. After that it is Rs 1,000 a month, and you can cancel any time.
How can I pay?
On the web, by JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank transfer. Your access opens straight away while we verify the payment. Card payments are coming soon. In the Android app, the plan is a Google Play subscription.
Is there an Android app?
Yes. Cleared is on Google Play. The same account works in the Android app and the web app.
Can I use Cleared on more than one device?
Your account is signed in on one device at a time. Signing in on a new device signs out the previous one.
What if a question is wrong?
Tap Report on the question. We reply within 72 hours, and corrections are recorded so you can see what changed.
