Terms of Use

1. Who we are

Cleared is a question bank for postgraduate medical entrance exams, run by Attravo Commerce LLC. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean that company, and "you" means the person using Cleared.

2. We are independent of every examining body

Cleared is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan, the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council, the National Board of Medical Examiners, or any other examining or licensing body. We name those exams only to describe what our questions prepare you for, and those names belong to their owners.

Nothing here is a promise that you will pass. What we promise is a bank of original questions with sources you can check, and an app that does not lose your work.

3. This is exam preparation, not medical advice

Everything in Cleared exists to help you prepare for an exam. It is not clinical guidance and must never be used to diagnose or treat a patient. Always follow current clinical guidelines and your own training.

4. Your account

• You must be 18 or older to use Cleared.
• One person, one account. Your account is yours alone, and the details you give us must be accurate.
• Your account is signed in on one device at a time. Signing in on a new device signs you out of the previous one.
• Keep your password and sign-in codes private. Tell us at hello@clearedprep.com if you think someone else has access.
• We email you what your account needs, such as sign-in codes, receipts and notices about your account. Reminders and product updates are optional: switch them off from any of those emails or in Settings.

5. Sharing an account is not allowed

Cleared is priced for one student because we assume one student is using it. Sharing an account, selling access, or passing questions on to people who have not paid is a breach of these terms.

To make that enforceable rather than theoretical: question screens block screenshots and screen recording where the operating system allows it, and we may suspend accounts that show clear signs of being shared. We look at patterns, never at the content of your study.

6. Subscription, payment and refunds

• Cleared costs Rs 1,000 a month. The founding price stays the same for as long as your subscription stays active without a break.
• You can start one 3-day free trial, once per person. Cancel before it ends and you pay nothing.
• The subscription renews each month until you cancel. Cancel any time, and your access runs to the end of the period you have paid for.
• Bank transfer, JazzCash and Easypaisa payments are verified by a person. We give you provisional access straight away while we check, and if the payment cannot be verified we withdraw it and tell you why.
• Card payments, once available, are processed by Stripe. Purchases made inside the iOS or Android app are billed by Apple or Google under their own terms, and refunds for those follow their rules, not ours.
• We do not refund part-months. If we take money in error, or the service is materially broken and we cannot fix it, write to us and we will put it right.
• If we change the price, we tell you at least 14 days before it affects you, and you can cancel before it does.

7. The questions, and how we correct them

Our questions are written for Cleared. Each one carries the reference it is built on, and a label showing how far it has been through review: drafted, community checked, doctor checked, or doctor verified. Those labels are shown honestly, including when a question has not been verified yet.

If you find a mistake, report it or suggest a fix from inside the question. We reply within 72 hours, and corrections are recorded publicly so you can see what changed and when. We may edit, replace or retire any question, and we may change how the app works as we improve it.

8. What you may not do

• Copy, redistribute, publish or resell our questions, explanations or references, in any form, including screenshots and PDFs.
• Use automated tools to download the bank, or try to reach our systems in any way other than through the app.
• Work around the one-device rule or the screenshot protection.
• Upload questions copied word for word from a live or past paper, from a book, or from another app.
• Use Cleared to harass anyone, or to submit deliberately false corrections.

9. Corrections and recalls you send us

When you suggest a fix, report a question, or describe a concept you saw in your own sitting, you keep ownership of what you wrote. You give us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, edit and publish it inside Cleared, including in the public record of corrections.

By sending it you confirm it is your own work, that it is not copied from a book, an app, or the text of an exam paper, and that you are free to give it to us. Describe the concept a question tested, never reproduce the question itself. We may credit you by name or handle unless you ask us not to.

10. Availability

Cleared is new, and some things may break. We aim to keep it available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we may take it down for maintenance. We will tell you in the app when we plan to.

11. Suspension and ending your account

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that we reasonably believe is being shared or used fraudulently, or that raises a chargeback without contacting us first. Where we can, we will warn you and give you a chance to put it right.

You can delete your account from Account, Privacy and data at any time. Deletion has a 7-day undo window, after which your personal data is removed. Payment records are kept for accounting, with personal details stripped where the law allows.

12. Our responsibility to you

We take our own work seriously and we do not exclude liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else the law does not allow us to exclude.

Beyond that, and to the extent the law permits, our total liability to you is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for exam results, lost study time, or losses we could not reasonably have foreseen.

13. Changes to these terms

If we make a material change, we will tell you in the app at least 14 days before it takes effect, and record which version you accepted and when. Continuing to use Cleared after that means you accept the new version. If you do not, you can cancel and delete your account.

14. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, and the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida have jurisdiction. If something goes wrong, write to hello@clearedprep.com first. Most things are faster to fix that way.
